As White As Snow.

“Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.”

~Psalms 51:7 (NKJV)

How amazing it is, that it’s SNOWING. I’m not normally a huge fan of snow, but it sure is a beauty. And how WEIRD it is that it’s snowed this much in the desert.

It’s not common.

Just like it’s not common that people don’t know my Jesus can cleanse us and make us NEW all over again.πŸ’•πŸ’•

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.” (Psalms 51:10 NKJV)

I may not like how wet and cold it is, but the view is so breath taking. A “fresh start” is all I hear when I gaze off into the snowy abyss. A friendly reminder that I’m created new and “fearfully and wonderfully made” in HIM, because of HIM.

“Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin.” (Psalms 51:2, NKJV)

God doesn’t hate us because we sin; He hates what sin does to us.

🎢There’s no shadow You won’t light up,
Mountain You won’t climb up,
Coming after me,
There’s no wall You won’t kick down,
Lie You won’t tear down,
Coming after me. . .🎢
~Cory Asbury, “Reckless Love”

This sight takes my breath away. Could you imagine how God reacts? Don’t forget, the same God that created the mountains, earth, snow, and the stars, decided the earth needed one of you too.πŸ˜ŠπŸ’•πŸ’•

β€œ ‘Come now, and let us reason together,’ Says the Lord , β€œThough your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.”

~Isaiah 1:18 (NKJV)
